Terms of use

The website parkz.pt and its subdomains (such as pt.parkz.pt, es.parkz.pt and br.parkz.pt) are operated by Eatz, Lda, tax number 519611152, registered at Rua Luís de Camões, 161, 1.º Esq., 4470-190 Maia, Portugal (“Parkz”, “we”).

Parkz is a platform to compare and book airport parking. We show the car parks at each airport, the official prices published by their operators and, for partner car parks, let you book and pay online. Parkz does not operate car parks: the parking service is provided by the operator of the car park you choose.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Bookings are also governed by the booking conditions, and personal data by the privacy policy.

You can use the site without an account. To book you must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts.

Prices, opening hours, services and locations come from the operators, their published tariffs and public sources such as OpenStreetMap. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but operators may change them without notice.

For car parks without online booking the price is an estimate based on the public tariff; the final amount is what the car park charges when you leave. The binding price of a booking is the one shown in the summary before you pay.

Ratings, distances and shuttle times are indicative.

If you create an account, you must keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity under it. Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use. You can delete your account at any time in the settings.

When using the site you agree not to:

• make fake bookings, bookings for others without their permission or with payment methods you are not entitled to use;
• try to access restricted areas, bypass security measures or overload the service;
• systematically extract the car park and price database for commercial reuse without written permission;
• use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Parkz, its partners or other users.

Indexing by search engines and AI assistants that respect robots.txt is welcome.

The Parkz brand, logo, design, texts and database belong to Parkz or its licensors. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the ODbL. Operator names and logos belong to their owners.

Parkz is responsible for the platform working properly and for passing your booking correctly to the operator. The car park operator is responsible for the parking service, including looking after your vehicle, the shuttle and any damage that occurs at the car park.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party failures or events beyond our control, nor for third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top. Existing bookings remain subject to the terms in force when they were made.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in its courts.
